As your dedicated account manager, we are your voice and make sure your every need is met. We are your first point of contact, keeping you up-to-date and informed every step of the way. From Providing Vehicle Inspection information to Tracking information on when your vehicle arrives.
We will prepare the documents required for customs clearance, communicate with our local customer service agent and local customs agent. We will update you on clearance and estimated delivery.

Once you have submitted your request we will send you 3-5 options meeting your requirements (minimum of 3) Including photos and specs for your review.

We can source and supply any vehicle to fit your requirements, we hand-pick each to ensure that they are above average condition (Grade 3 - 4.5).

All vehicles come with Service History, are certified to British Standards and are accompanied by the Ministry of Transport (MOT) Certificate to this effect.
The vehicles are HPI cleared before shipment (Check if stolen, in an accident, flood-damaged etc).
Your vehicle will be professionally cleaned and fully inspected by Expert Mechanics before shipment.

We will prepare all documentation needed to ensure a smooth customs clearance process. We will send all necessary documentation via DHL Express to our local customs agent. Our customs agent will have the documentation in hand well before vehicle delivery so the customs process can begin without delay.

TRANSPORT & SHIP
We will export your car to your desired local port where you can collect it. We provide two methods of shipping for their vehicle's safe transport.

RoRo Shipping - refers to "Roll on Roll off" shipping. Vehicles are driven in and out of the ship/car carrier. RoRo Shipping is the cheaper, faster option and is most preferred by customers. - *Included in Service Quote

Container Shipping - Vehicles are secured in a shipping container and the container is loaded onto the ship. Container shipping is a more expensive but secure option. Ideal if sending very high-value cars or if you're sending other items with a vehicle, such as spare parts. The two main sizes are

Once the Vehicle has cleared customs it will be inspected by our on-island Expert mechanic to ensure it hasn’t developed any issues in transit
The vehicle will then go through a full valet clean service. We will then safely deliver your new vehicle to your desired location.

7 Simple Steps.

Submit your request for our SSCD Service. We will send you a minimum of 3 x vehicle options within 24hrs with estimated quotes for Sourcing, Shipping, Clearing and Delivering your Vehicle.
REQUEST YOUR VEHICLE

Confirm which vehicle you want. We'll send you our Purchase Contract for your careful review. Once you have signed the contract and paid the – Refundable £650 Reserve & Secure Fee. We'll aim to secure the vehicle.
RESERVE & SECURE

We'll provide you with a Full Inspection report of your selected vehicle. If you're happy to proceed we’ll send you a Proforma invoice (P.I). 50% of the P.I Payment is required before shipping.
FULL INSPECTION & PROFORMA

Once we confirm payment has been received, we will complete the documentation for the Drive and Vehicle Licensing Agency UK (DVLA), Shipping Transport and Customs Ports.
CONFIRM PAYMENT & DOCUMENTATION

Your vehicle will be safely shipped and packed in a Container or RORO Vessel and we’ll provide you with the tracking information. Once your vehicle arrives at your desired port the remaining 50% of the P.I Payment is required.

Once we confirm payment has been received, we'll begin the Clearance process. Once the Vehicle has cleared it'll go to our local Expert Mechanic for Final Inspection to ensure no issues, then go through a full clean valet service.
